  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Optional: Wooden or metal skewers

    Directions

    Step 1

    To begin, place the cubed meat in a large mixing bowl. Add olive oil, grated onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground paprika, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper. The grated onion tenderizes the meat while infusing it with flavour.

    Step 2
